All About RV Clarity Inspections
What's included
Our comprehensive pre-purchase inspection covers 700 critical points of your RV, focusing on both life safety issues and the need for major and minor repairs. You will receive a detailed report outlining all items inspected, along with photos that include time stamps, GPS coordinates, and the start and end times of the inspection. Inspections typically take between 8 to 10 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the RV.
This thorough inspection provides you with the information you need to make a well-informed decision regarding your RV purchase, ensuring that you’re aware of any potential concerns before finalizing your investment.
Expectations
To ensure we have enough time to conduct a thorough inspection, we require at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment. Payment is due on the day before the inspection. To allow us to complete the inspection efficiently, please ensure the following:
- The RV is free of any obstructions on all sides and above, allowing access to the roof.
- Slides and awnings are fully extended.
- The RV is connected to a power pedestal.
- The 12-volt DC battery is installed and functional.
- Fresh water is available in the tank or hooked up to a water source.
Client vs Seller
Our contract is with you, the client, not the seller. It is your responsibility to ensure that the RV is ready for inspection and to resolve any issues that may prevent the inspector from completing the inspection.
Please ensure all required information is provided in the forms. Incomplete forms can delay the scheduling of your inspection.
